This chick has the HOTTEST ticket in town…
(thanks to my precious niece, Janette)!!

The Dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Center!!!!

Dallas is swarming with secret service, current and past presidents & me…(sooooo excited)!

I can hardly stand it…
and of course, I have a story to tell W,
I sure hope he has time;
if not, I wrote it down for him! (see below)
Dear George & Laura,

When cancer was unyielding, Carson whispered words I will never forget…

“Momma, I thought I was going to make it, don’t let them bury me. Make sure they study those tumors. If those tumors can help some kid not die from cancer like I am, I’d like that, it’s hard to have cancer.
And make sure my book gets published!”

A few months after his death, The Carson Leslie Foundation busted onto the scene, honoring Carson’s dying wish. The foundation has made remarkable strides in the world of childhood cancer research.
Bold new discoveries are being made using those tumors…

I am asking you & the other Bush’s to HELP us fight for the children fighting & dying from cancer, the #1 disease killer of children.

Carson’s book, Carry Me was published 6 days before he died. We have sold thousands of copies & it’s in The Library of Congress, all proceeds go to research!

It’s too late for Robin (W’s sister Robin died from cancer)

It’s too late for Carson…
It’s NOT too late for the next kid…

Help us, help the kids fighting cancer…
annette leslie…mom-fighter

(it makes sense for him to help, he is retired…)
then, if he is still listening,
I’ll mention…

Me, Congressman McCaul & Linda McCaul
I had the privilege of speaking in Congressman Michael McCaul’s D.C. home a few months after Carson died, kicking off his bipartisan childhood cancer caucus.

From that caucus, The Creating Hope Act was born, became a bill, and was signed by the president (Obama) on July 9, 2012, incentivizing pharmaceuticals to develop new drugs for children with cancer and other life threatening diseases.

then, if he’s begging for more,
I’ll continue with…
pharmaceutical companies are working with the lab that is actively studying those nasty tumors from Carson’s brain …trying out their new innovative drugs…

THIS IS HONORING A VERY GOOD & KIND BOY’s DYING WISH
