helping kids fight cancer

The Carson Leslie Foundation founded the annual GOLDEN TOAST in Washington, DC to toast and celebrate the accomplishments the bipartisan Congressional Childhood Cancer Caucus, the childhood cancer community, and young cancer survivors for building an unstoppable collaborative GLOBAL movement benefitting the overall state of childhood cancer.

The GOLDEN TOAST is a first- class celebration on the private roof top deck of LiUNA’s headquarters with a stunning view of the White House. Co-Chair’s of the Congressional Childhood Cancer Caucus convene to celebrate our unprecedented bipartisan accomplishments for the smallest and most innocent cancer patients among us. Congressman Michael McCaul and Congresswoman Jackie Speier graciously address the audience reiterating their support of the children all across our globe battling cancer. but the VIP (Very Important Patient) of the night is always a young cancer patient!

In this season of heated politics🎗childhood cancer has no political allegiance.

All of us at CLF are honored to have been be a leading force from the launch of the Congressional Childhood Cancer Caucus (CCCC) in Mrs. Linda McCaul and Representative Michael McCaul’s Washington DC home. Together, with the childhood cancer community and the CCCC, we have successfully built a soapbox in the most powerful nation in the world and places upon that soapbox the smallest and most innocent cancer patients among us — together we have built an unstoppable collaborative GLOBAL childhood cancer Movement benefiting the overall state of childhood cancer.
